Where is the apartment?
Via Maragliano 75, Florence. A few minutes from the T2 tram (airport and Santa Maria Novella). Supermarkets and restaurants within a 5-minute walk.
How many guests?
Up to 8 people. The nightly rate includes 2 guests; extra guests are charged on the booking form.
How does check-in work?
Self check-in. We send instructions before arrival (EN/ES/IT). Arrival from 15:00. Early check-in if the apartment is ready.
What time is check-out?
By 11:00. Late check-out on request if nobody arrives the same day.
Is there parking?
Yes, a private space in the building. Ask when you book — priority if you book on this site.
WiFi, kitchen, washing machine?
Yes: WiFi, full kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine), washer/dryer, A/C and heating, terrace/balcony and TV.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, on request. Tell us when you book.
Is breakfast included?
It can be arranged. The apartment has a kitchen if you prefer to cook.
What is the cancellation policy?
The standard rate is non-refundable. Add Flexible cancellation (+30%) in the Extras step to cancel up to 24h before check-in with a full refund.
How do I get the best price?
Book on this website. The live calendar is here and payment is with Stripe.
Is there a city tax?
Florence tourist tax is settled as required by local rules. We confirm the amount with your booking.
Does the host speak Spanish / English / Italian?
Yes. We reply by email and WhatsApp.
