Welcome to our cozy family home in the heart of Florence 🌟 This spacious house is perfect for families or groups, offering four double bedrooms for your comfort. We have one king-size bed, a comfortable sofa bed, and two air beds available. The house is great for 4 guests, OK for 6, and adventurous for 8! For groups of 6 and 8 people, guests will be invited to share rooms and beds in pairs, so it’s recommended for families or groups of close friends for whom sharing common spaces and sleeping arrangements is not an issue. Just steps from the apartment, you’ll find some of Florence’s best local spots: traditional coffee shops, authentic pizzerias, and artisan gelato shops, all nearby. You’ll also be surrounded by local artisan shops passed down through generations. The location is ideal for exploring Florence: the BUONSIGNORI tram stop is only a 3-minute walk away, taking you to the Duomo in 12 minutes and the airport in 15 minutes—making travel easy and convenient.The apartment is filled with natural light, with air conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter. There’s also a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Relax in the evenings with a movie or series on our 60” TV with a sound system, offering a great home theater experience.
